What it does
Built for your workflow, not the median one.
Hawkeye runs continuous external reconnaissance against your clients' attack surfaces: open ports, exposed services, domain and certificate health, DNS misconfigurations, and leaked credentials. It doesn't wait for you to remember to run a scan. It runs, and when something changes, you know.
M365, Entra, and Azure posture checks run alongside the external scan. Conditional access gaps, over-privileged service accounts, legacy authentication still enabled, admin accounts without MFA, these are the exposures that don't show up on a port scanner but do show up in breach reports. Hawkeye surfaces them in the same dashboard.
Network discovery identifies devices on the client's network and maps them against known vulnerabilities. The output isn't a raw CVE list, it's a prioritized risk register organized by severity and exploitability, so you know where to start and your techs spend time on actual remediation.
AI built in
Not bolted on. Baked in.
The AI in Hawkeye isn't a chat widget on the side. It runs inside the business logic, on real data, from day one.
Every finding gets a plain-English explanation. Not a CVE ID and a CVSS score, but a plain sentence about what the exposure is, why it matters, and what you do about it. Jacob turns that into a client-facing risk summary that doesn't require a security background to read or present.
Risk prioritization is AI-driven. The raw scan might surface 200 findings. Jacob ranks them by actual exploitability in your client's environment, not just generic severity scores, so your techs work the most dangerous items first and stop triaging manually.
Jacob drafts the client-facing risk report from the scan data. Formatted, readable, with an executive summary, a prioritized finding list, and a recommended remediation roadmap. A deliverable that used to take hours comes together in minutes.
Why it's better
Better than Nessus / Qualys / raw CISA feeds. Because it knows your business.
Nessus and Qualys give you a powerful scanner and a massive raw output. Hawkeye gives you that plus the business-language layer on top. Your clients don't want a 200-finding PDF. They want to know whether they're at risk and what to fix first, and you want to spend your time remediating, not translating.
Most vulnerability scanners are point-in-time. You run it, get the report, close the scan. Hawkeye runs continuously, so when a client spins up a new server with an exposed service on a Friday afternoon, you know by Monday morning.
The M365 and Entra posture checks are first-class, not an afterthought. For MSPs, the cloud environment is where most modern breaches start. Hawkeye treats identity posture and cloud configuration as part of the attack surface, not a separate product with a separate workflow.
What you leave behind
- Point-in-time scans with no continuous monitoring
- Raw CVE output your clients can't read or act on
- Hours of manual work to turn findings into a deliverable
- M365 posture checks buried in a separate, disconnected tool
